A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return : 14 days of any initial purchase if customer change their mind exchange can be offered otherwise a full refund is given in line with the eu consumer act. This does not affect any other consumer rights.
- State of return : bike must be returned in same order.
- Reason for return are unequivocal for 14 days. All bikes come with ride garanties and new bikes manufacturers warranty.
- Process for return: To initiate a return, contact customer contact the shop (Eldar Tlapshokov)
- Process of refund : All refunds are processed by management via the same way consumer has paid . Store credit or exchanges are options. Please call our store for more information
